The Final Edit only offers refunds if a service is not completed on time, and even then, only if it is the fault of the Editor, and not due to a delay in response from the Client. If the documents provided by your Editor do not meet the deadlines that you provided, and you are able to provide evidence that you did indeed respond to all our emails promptly, you will be entitled to a total refund of the service cost, but not a refund of any Express delivery purchased.
